Classification of LDE Series Industrial Sockets
According to its application, this electrical outlet can be divided into two categories: one is used for power supply line, usually called socket/outlet; the other one is used for electric equipment, called outlet/socket for appliance.
(a) This multiple outlet is composed of plug bush, cover of plug bush, base of plug bush, housing and elastic outer cover.
(b) According to the installation, industrial outlet can be divided into built-in type and wall-mounted type, and wall-mounted type can be fixed on the wall.
(c) The number of poles is different for single and three-phase power, so plug or plug bush is also categorized to three poles (2P+E), 4 poles (3P+E) and 5 poles (3P+ N+E).
(d) The appearance of industrial multiple outlets is designed with wide variety to suit for different occasions, there are straight panel socket, sloping panel socket, square panel socket and so on.

Features of LDE Series Industrial Sockets
(1)Universality of LDE Series Industrial Sockets
Our LDE series industrial outlets are designed according to national standard (GB/ll918-2001 & GB/11919-2001) and international standards (IEC60309-1, IEC60309-2,etc), and they are also widely used as power output device for various equipments in petrochemical industry, iron and steel making industry, electronics and electrical engineering, electrical railway, construction site, mechanic industry, airport, wharf, municipal construction and other fields, and gradually becomes international standard power output interface in relevant industrial field. Industrial sockets are usually fixed on the wall or the housing of machine.

(2)High security of LDE Series Industrial Sockets
Every industrial outlet or socket we manufactured has adopted an anti-misplug and anti-shedding structure; meanwhile, products with different rated voltage adopt different color to be distinguished. Excellent structural design can ensure that when the plug is inserted into the connector, ground wire is connected firstly, then the zero conductor is connected and lastly the phase wire is connected, and when the plug is pulled out from the connector, the phase wire is cut off firstly, then the zero conductor and the ground wire lastly. The socket is always switched on when finishes installing, so the socket is with protection cover. According to the using requirements, some of the sockets are with isolating switch to further improve safety performance of products.

(3)High Protection Degree of LDE Series Industrial Sockets
Rated current of this electrical socket ranges among 16A, 32A, 63A and 125A, from IP44 splash-proof to IP67 watertight, voltage can be 220v and 380v, while rated frequency can be 50-60Hz, especially 50Hz, earth contact position: 1-12h, usually use 6h.

(4)Soft-Contact Technology of LDE Series Industrial Sockets
Electrical sockets of 63A and 125A both adopt soft-contact technique, for inserting and pulling out easily. With best mechanic and electrical performance, it can work under extremely bad condition.

(5)Advanced components of LDE Series Industrial Sockets
The housing of industrial outlets adopts high quality PA6 flame retardant plastic, with high strength and obdurability, meets the requirements of ROHS directive, flame retardant and environment protection. Conductive plug bush adopts high quality copper alloy materials, which also meets the requirement of ROHS directive. Meanwhile, there is an elastic clamping ring on conductive plug bush to ensure well contacted between plug and plug bush.

(6)Easy Operation of LDE Series Industrial Sockets
Wiring sheath of such industrial multiple outlets adopts an split-body structure so users can take down the upper housing to connect the line, greatly saving connecting and installing time.

(7)Strict quality control system
This socket has passed strict using life testing and shock resistant testing; meanwhile, all the products have passed 2500v isolation voltage testing before delivery.

(8)Standards
This outlet has been tested by Swedish SEMKO company, owning "S", "CE" certification and "CB" testing report.

(9)Safety
With special safety requirement, switch interlock socket can be selected; plug can be inserted or pulled out only when the power is cut off, which can ensure safety.

Installation of LDE Series Industrial Sockets
(a)It is very easy for the installation of outlets, first to see it is built-in type or wall-mounted type and then fix it with screw according to using requirements.
(b) The built-in type is fixed on the panel with mounting holes.
(c) For the wall-mounted type, the way is to fix the rear base of outlet on the wall directly.
(d) Socket/outlet and cable line is locked by terminal screw.
(e) The connecting line of socket/outlet usually uses multi-strand copper cable.

Diversity of LDE Series Industrial Sockets
Structure and specification of industrial plugs and outlets have been diversified to meet the needs of different occasions, users can choose in accordance with following aspects:

1. Firstly, to make sure that the industrial electrical outlets/sockets are used for power supply line or electric equipment, power supply line adopts outlet/socket and electric equipment adopts outlet/socket for appliance.
2. Consider working condition, the multiple outlets we manufactured usually applies splash-proof type, but under extremely bad condition, watertight type will be better.

3. Choose the electric pole of outlet/socket according to the phase of power (single-phase or three-phase), and then to select the specification of socket in accordance with electric current, rated voltage and frequency, domestic mains frequency is 50Hz.

4. Earth contact position of socket often chooses 6h.

5. For the type of electrical outlet/socket, users can choose according to using occasion (small or large, wide or narrow), convenience for inserting and pulling out and other requirements, the key point is convenience and safety.
