Features of LDE series Industrial Plugs
(1)Universality of LDE series Industrial Plugs
Our LDE series industrial electrical plugs are designed according to international standards (IEC60309-1, IEC60309-2,etc) and they are widely used as power input device for various equipments of petrochemical industry, iron and steel making industry, electronics and electrical engineering, electrical railway, construction site, mechanic industry, airport, wharf, municipal construction and other fields, and gradually becomes international standard power input interface in relevant industrial field.
(2)High Security of LDE series Industrial Plugs
This electrical plug applies an anti-misplug and anti-shedding structure, meanwhile, according to international standard, the rated voltage of this industrial electrical plug is denoted by color of housing, for example, blue stands for 220v, red stands for 380v, which is very easy to be distinguished. For the different rated current of plug and socket, there is different structure and size, which can prevent misplug between different multiple outlets. With high protection degree (splash-proof, watertight and so on), it can be used under extreme conditions. Excellent structural design can ensure that when the plug is inserted into the matched electrical outlet, ground wire is connected firstly, then the zero conductor is connected and lastly the phase wire is connected, and when the plug is pulled out from the outlet, the phase wire is cut off firstly, then the zero conductor and the ground wire lastly. According to different requirements, some of the plugs are with phase commutating device.
(3)High Protection Degree of LDE series Industrial Plugs
Rated current of this electrical plug ranges among 16A, 32A, 63A and 125A, and can be classified into IP44 splash-proof and IP67 watertight, detailed parameters are as follows: available under a voltage of 220v or 380v, rated frequency between 50-60Hz, and 50Hz is more common, earth contact position: 1-12h, usually use 6h, which can meet different needs for various environment.
(4)Durability of LDE series Industrial Plugs
Its housing adopts high quality PA6 flame retardant plastic, with high strength and shock resistance, so this industrial electrical plug can be used both indoor and outdoor, completely suits for workshop, building site and other occasions. Besides, it meets the requirements of ROHS directive, flame retardant and environment protection. Conductive plug adopts high quality copper alloy materials, which also meets the requirement of ROHS directive.
(5) Convenient Operation of LDE series Industrial Plugs
Compared with old type industrial plugs, this plug's housing and wiring sheath are adopted with rotation-lock system. When using it, the user only needs to press elastic clamp which is on the housing plug by screw driver, and then rotate sheath and housing to open plug connection. Meanwhile, the ending part of the sheath is also adopted with rotation seal and lock system, when finish connecting the wire, the user only needs to rotate the screw cap tightly to seal and lock the wire, which saves wire connecting and installing time for users.
(6) Strict Quality Control System of LDE series Industrial Plugs
This industrial electrical plug we manufactured in China has passed strict using life testing and shock resistant testing; meanwhile, all the products have passed 2500v isolation voltage testing before delivery.
(7)This product has been tested by Swedish SEMKO company, owning "S", "CE" certification and "CB" testing report.
The industrial plug fully conforms to GB/ll918-2001 & GB/11919-2001 standard, which is equivalent to IEC309-l, 2 standard, realized linking up with international practice, so this kind of product can be use both in home or abroad.
